is an online relationship skills building course. Take this course at your own pace and in the privacy of your own home. Journey To Intimacy is for couples and individuals who want to increase the intimacy in their lives.
Supportive Group Therapy:
Group therapy facilitates self-awareness and introspection, which result in deep change. The primary purpose of the therapy group is to explore your way of being in relationships, while in a safe and supportive environment.
