Some would call me “relentless” for my unwavering commitment to help you better understand and thrive in your relationships, and thus, live a bountiful life in a relational rather than an isolated manner.
I am relentless in my training and learning,
my commitment to high impact therapy, and my
dedication to the truth and no-nonsense approach to marriage therapy. And, as my male clients will tell you, I am husband friendly too.
As a West Los Angeles therapist (with a practice in Torrance), I work primarily with couples (and some individuals), offering marriage therapy counseling services (or “Relationship Rehab”), operating under the premise that interdependence is a richer and healthier state than independence.
Relationships are challenging, but they are necessary for personal growth; emotional maturity is not possible in isolation.
We are not islands onto ourselves, we need other people in order to flourish individually. Relationships struggle because of behavior, not chemistry, and you reap what you sow. Marriage should be a celebration
of love, respect, appreciation and passion, and given the right guidance and tools it can be.
My job is to help you discover these tools in yourself and teach you how to use them.
I have earned my Doctorate in Counseling Psychology and a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am also a Master Certified Relational Life Therapist, Certified PAIRS Therapist, and a Certified Group Psychotherapist.
